The project is located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, with a total construction area of 217,000 square meters, including one main building and two auxiliary buildings, of which the main building is 273 meters high. Upon completion of the project, the project will become an international shared headquarters building integrating headquarters-style management, shared functions, market-oriented leasing and community-based services, and form three landmarks of Houhai together with CR Headquarters and Shenzhen Bay No.1.
