Sales representative
1. Responsible for the sales of Fire-retardant coating for building steel structure, and mobilize all resources to complete the sales task;
2. Looking for potential customers through various channels, contacting customers and exploring customer demands;
3. Promote the sales process by means of project marketing to ensure the completion of sales target;
4. Maintain, consolidate and enhance the relationship with customers, assist in the implementation and promotion of the project, and responsible for the completion of payment collection;
5. Collect customer feedback and suggestions in a timely manner, actively coordinate internal and external resources to improve customer satisfaction;
6. Complete other work arranged by the Company.
1. College degree or above in architecture, structure or construction materials, marketing or related major, and outstanding fresh graduates; Bachelor degree and well-known Company experience is preferred;
2. More than 3 years of experience in sales and promotion related to building materials; Government, owner, real estate agent and other industry resources are preferred;
3. Have Skillful sales techniques and good sales quality, excellent market development, household communication ability, analysis and judgment ability and execution ability;
4. Love sales work, have work passion and enthusiasm, able to work under pressure, accept short-term business trip and field work;
5. 28-40 years of age, male or female;
Marketing
1. Responsible for market promotion, expand market customers, acquiring channels and information resources;
2. Establish and maintain the customer relationships between the design institutes and owners, market develop markets and channels in key cities;
3. Market prediction, grasp the development trends of the industry, and be familiar with the current situation of the industry, new technologies and new products;
4. Participate in the organization of industry conferences and exhibitions, and implement product promotion and publicity;
5. Complete other work arranged by the Company;
6. Responsible for the work of various exhibitions or academic conferences and forums, the preparation of materials, and the customization of materials or gifts;
7. Responsible for the performance, keep track of the targets, and track the parameters, standards and specifications of the designer in the above drawing;
8. Cooperate with relevant departments to complete the work, put forward rationalization proposals and constructive suggestions on product, brand and company development, and complete other work arranged by the superior leaders.
