The project is located in Fengdong New City, the core plate of “Leading Axis of Scientific and Technological Innovation” of Xi'an New Changan Axis. As a key project of strategic cooperation between Shanxi provincial government and Greenland Group, it is also the core project of Xi'an New Center. The building height of the project is 498 meters, which will break the record of high-rise buildings in northwest China after construction.
