The project is located in the core section of Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base (hereinafter referred to as “SIC”). The development of SIC will continue to drive the development of the whole city, in which China Merchants Bank Global Headquarters Building has become the focus of attention with the landmark of "cover level". The project covers an area of 35,500m2, with a total construction area of 476,200m2 and a building height of about 395m.
