The project is located in Qianhai Guiwan District of Shenzhen, with a total investment of about 3 billion yuan. Upon completion, it will become the headquarters base of Merchants Union Consumer Finance Company Limited. The total construction area of the project is 78,500m2, and the building is about 191m high with 39 floors. It integrates ecology, commerce, business and culture, and will create a multi-dimensional experiential cultural and social space for business elites from all walks of life.
