The project covers an area of about 102,279 square meters, with a total construction area of 333,400 square meters. It is expected to build several buildings with a height of not more than 75 meters and some fine decoration buildings, including outpatient building, inpatient complex building, elderly care center and underground garage. The construction area of steel structure non-intumescent fire-retardant coating spraying is 18,000 square meters.
Fire-retardant requirements: Fire resistance limitation is 3 hours
