The project has a construction area of 20,037 square meters, and adopts the advanced technology and low energy consumption of new membrane pole distance natural circulation double-pole type ionic membrane electrolysis production technology and carries out equivalent replacement transformation and upgrading on the original one to three phases old type single-pole ionic membrane electrolysis device with pole distance and double-pole type ionic membrane electrolysis device with forced circulation of pole distance in the old plant area. The construction area of steel structure non-intumescent fire-retardant coating spraying is 26,000 square meters.
