The project is located in Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, with a total construction area of about 380,000 square meters. After the completion of the project, as the headquarters of CITIC Securities in the Great Bay Area and the venue of the Global Capital Forum in Lyon, the highly identifiable building will also become the most cutting-edge and most design image exhibition center in Shenzhen and an important landmark of Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area.
